Young Leadership Council Announces New Executive Director

Allison HeadshotNEW ORLEANS – Allison Hotard is the new executive director of the Young Leadership Council, a nonprofit dedicated to nurturing young leaders in the New Orleans area. The New Orleans native is expected to begin her tenure in December. 

Hotard earned a master’s degree in business management from Loyola University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science in hotel, restaurant, and tourism from the University of New Orleans. Her professional journey includes roles at Greater New Orleans Inc. and Loyola University of New Orleans, where she worked in alumni relations and development strategies.

Hotard’s skill set includes fundraising, event planning and volunteer coordination. She is also an active volunteer in the community, contributing her time to local initiatives and organizations like Generation Success.

As executive director of YLC, Hotard plans to expand the organization’s reach, enhance leadership development programs, and foster strong community connections.
