World Trade Center New Orleans Announces 2018 Board of Directors

NEW ORLEANS – The World Trade Center New Orleans has appointed four new executives to it board of directors. The new members, who are leaders in their respective fields, are as follows:

Gulf South Eye Associates

Spiers has been with Gulf South Eye Associates since 2007, where he currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. Spiers is also the president and CEO of Las Pampas Wines. He served as president of the Tulane Association of Business Alumni from 2012 to 2014.

Stephen Hanemann is a partner at Kean Miller in their New Orleans office. Hanemann primarily practices in the areas of maritime, vessel finance, international commerce, oil & gas, customs compliance, construction, and NORM defense. He has assisted clients with transactions of land purchases as well as maritime transactions dealing with barges, towboats, offshore drilling, and cargo carriers. Hanemann was a 2012 recipient of CityBusiness’s Leadership in Law Award.

Paul Aucoin is the executive director at the Port of South Louisiana, which is the largest tonnage port district in the western hemisphere. Prior to becoming executive director, Mr. Aucoin served as legal counsel for the Port.

Regions Bank

Chris Sullivan has been with Regions Bank for five years where he serves as the Senior Vice President. Prior to coming to Regions, he was the Vice President at Whitney National Bank.
