BATON ROUGE – Peter Sclafani, owner of Ruffino’s Restaurant in Baton Rouge and Lafayette, is hosting Restaurant Prosperity, a full-day workshop designed to teach independent restaurant owners how to manage and control two of their biggest expenses in their restaurants, food and labor costs.
The event will take place Monday, August 22, 2016, at Ruffino’s Restaurant, 18811 Highland Rd., in Baton Rouge.
David Scott Peters, founder of TheRestaurantExpert.com, will be the featured speaker.
Event organizers said restaurant owners who attend Restaurant Prosperity will learn how to:
