MARRERO, LA – On Thursday, Nov. 17, West Jefferson Medical Center will celebrate the official opening of its newest Pediatric Emergency Department located inside West Jefferson Medical Center on the West Bank of the Mississippi River. The Pediatric Emergency Room at West Jefferson offers pediatric emergency care 24-hours a day/ 7 days a week operated in partnership with Children’s Hospital.
Elected officials and hospital representatives will join patients and staff to celebrate the opening at the West Jefferson Medical Center, 1101 Medical Center Blvd., in Marrero, LA, at 10:30 a.m.
