NEW ORLEANS – The Windsor Court has promoted Haley Kennel to director of catering and conference services.
“Haley’s optimism and her commitment to The Windsor Court along with her unwavering team approach is so valued and appreciated,” said Megan Uram, the hotel’s director of sales and marketing. “I am thrilled for her to take this next step in her career and the continued success of our team’s efforts.”
Kennel joined The Windsor Court five years ago as the corporate sales/events manager in event planning.
The hotel also announced the promotion of Jan Tagaro from sous chef to banquet chef. He oversees the planning, organizing, controlling and direction of banquet kitchen associates.
“We are so proud and happy to have one of our J-1 participants decide to remain on the team and continue to do big things within our Windsor Court family. Chef Jan consistently receives positive feedback from various event groups, showing great leadership skills and is very organized for each event,” said Windsor Court General Manager Ralph Mahana. “He is a great team leader, and we are lucky to have him.”
Tagaro started his journey with The Windsor Court in 2018 as a student in the J-1 visa program.
