NEW ORLEANS — Jones Walker LLP announced Christine M. White has joined the firm’s New Orleans office as a partner in the Labor & Employment Practice Group.
White has extensive experience representing employers against claims of race, sex, age, national origin and disability discrimination, as well as breach of contract, wrongful termination, retaliation, defamation, harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress claims. She has successfully defended clients in cases involving critical workplace issues on both the federal and state levels, firm reps said.
White also has experience defending federal and state law claims involving employee benefits, wages, and family and medical leave issues. In addition, she has successfully represented employers in disputes involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
