SAN FRANCISCO – New Orleans has been named the fourth-most entrepreneurial large metro in the United States by the website Cloud Kitchens. To compile the rankings, the site analyzed data from the 2017 American Community Survey, focusing on the percentage of people in each metro who are self-employed.
