NEW ORLEANS – Warby Parker Frame Studios is hosting Summer Sound Sessions, a nationwide concert series that passes through Warby Parker handcrafted eyeglass stores around the nation.
On Thursday, July 7, 2016, local music group Givers will be performing a live, one-night-only free concert at the local Warby Parker Frame Studio, located at 3964 Magazine St., at 6:00 p.m.
As part of Warby Parker’s #SeeSummerBetter campaign, the Frame Studio will also be hosting a lemonade stand where all proceeds will go towards local New Orleans charity Women with a Vision, a health organization serving and advocating for women.
Every frame style at Warby Parker is crafted in premium cellulose acetate, sourced from a 150-year-old Italian family-owned company, that company reps said maintains superlative sheen color, and shape. Warby Parker’s scratch-resistant lenses also offer 100% UV protection, and polarization, included with many of the store’s sunglasses at no additional cost.
For every pair of Warby Parker frames sold, starting at $95, an additional pair is distributed to someone in need.
