NEW ORLEANS — Adrena Chandler was recently promoted to director of community living services at Volunteers of America Southeast Louisiana. She has been a VOA employee for more than 28 years. Since 1994, she has served as the senior service coordinator in the supportive services program at the Terraces on Tulane, an affordable housing development for seniors.
