NEW ORLEANS – A local video production company is seeking sponsors for a webcast telethon to support out-of-work New Orleanians.
“Our production company is gearing up to produce a webcast telethon fundraiser featuring prominent New Orleans artists in order to feed desperate out-of-work Orleanians and their children,” said Edward Holub, the event organizer, in a statement. “We expose our musicians who can’t gig right now and awe their fans trapped at home with some new ways to connect during these tough times. We seek sponsors willing to help defray the costs of production, including a venue and bare-bones A/V crew as well as cleaning staff and some web advertising to get the word out. Sponsors would be featured prominently during the webcasts.”
