Urban Properties Real Estate Expands Its Brokerage Team

NEW ORLEANS – Urban Properties Real Estate, LLC, a New Orleans-based commercial brokerage, property management and development firm, announced in a press release the addition of Henry Shortess to its brokerage team.

As an agent, Shortess assists with all aspects of real estate transactions for the firm as well as client service when representing tenants and landlords. He also aids in development deals by contributing to property proposals and investor presentations, and he will be responsible for expanding the firm’s business development pipeline.

“Bringing Henry onto our brokerage team to expand our reach was an obvious choice,” said Timothy Thompson, partner and head of brokerage at Urban Properties. “This is a great opportunity for him to experience the commercial real estate industry first-hand, while growing our listings footprint and bolstering business development for the firm.”
