Now is the time to examine the effectiveness of your current business model and to explore potential pivot models that can increase your profitability and scalability. During this session, entrepreneurs will gain insights on how to best manage and pivot during a crisis and after, including: how to evaluate the components of the business model to determine pivot points, exploring changes in customer needs and how to best address them, and strategies for changing course while continuing to provide current products and services.”
