United Real Estate Partners Acquires Northshore Company

170843535577034339METAIRIE, La. – United Real Estate Partners, an affiliate of United Real Estate, has announced a merger with Mandeville-based Team Geaux Realty. 

Team Geaux agents will have access to United Real Estate’s marketing, training, healthcare plans, lead-generation tools, and retirement planning services. The combined operations and 135 affiliated real estate professionals will operate as United Real Estate Partners. Agents now have office locations in New Orleans, Mandeville and Metairie.

Tammy Blocker, United director of agent development, played an important role in the merger.

United provides training, marketing and technology tools to agents and brokers under a flat-fee, transaction-based agent commission model. It uses a proprietary, cloud-based Bullseye Agent & Broker Productivity Platform. It operates in 32 states with 156 offices and more than 20,400 agents. The company said it produced over 70,000 transactions and $27.8 billion in sales volume in 2023.
