NEW ORLEANS – The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Louisiana will host the 2016 Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Town Hall on Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at the JW Marriott on Canal Street.
The event will feature as Keynote Speaker and Guest of Honor, Mr. Raymond Arroyo, Chairman of the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Small business owners are encouraged to take part in this forum in order to learn about best practices and opportunities available through participation, education, and certifications.

Keynote Speaker Arroyo, a native of Puerto Rico, is currently president of ALPFA Solutions, an organization that provides complimentary leadership development programming to corporate partners so that they can fully address the unique professional development needs of their Latino Employees. Arroyo’s extensive background includes 25 years of experience with Fortune 100 companies as a senior executive in both human resources and business roles. He has been recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential Hispanic executives in the U.S. for two consecutive years when working for Aetna, and during his tenure was instrumental in helping Aetna achieve the rating as one of the Top 20 companies for diversity.
As a volunteer, Arroyo serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and as a Senior Fellow of Plaza Institute, including being a member in its Global Enterprise Studies program.
The HCCL has prepared an ambitious agenda beginning with a breakfast and roundtable discussion led by Arroyo and SBA Regional Administrator, Yolanda Olivarez. Following the roundtable, guests will enjoy a business luncheon, which includes remarks by Keynote Speaker Arroyo.
