Turning Ideas Into Opportunities Joint Event: Jan. 27

NEW ORLEANS – The National Association of Women Business Owners – New Orleans Chapter, in conjunction with the New Orleans Chamber Women's Business Alliance and Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses will present a seminar and networking event on Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2015, at Walk On's in The Rampart Room (upstairs), 1009 Poydras St., New Orleans, from 4:00 pm. – 7:00 p.m.

         Panelists including Kristen Preau of Cook Me Somethin' Mister, Ann Tuennerman of Tales of the Cocktail, Evie Poitevent of Feet First LLC and  Simone Bruni of Demo Diva will present a program called “Turning Ideas Into Opportunities: How four trailblazing entrepreneurs turned crazy ideas into real business opportunities and iconic New Orleans brands.”

         Desiree Young, Market and Research Developer, VentureWalk Business Partners, and faculty for 10,000 Small Businesses, will moderate.

         The panel discussion starts at 4:00 p.m. followed by a networking event from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

         The meeting is open to members ($20) and non-members ($30).

         Pricing includes the educational seminar, complimentary hors d'oeuvres and 2 wine/ beer tickets.
