With offices in New Orleans and Covington, T&M’s services are typically sought for the “high stakes” cases—complicated marital property divisions, high conflict custody cases, and spousal and child support issues often involving high income clients. Frank Tranchina, a founding partner, has been practicing for 42 years, is a Board Certified Family Law Specialist, and helps write Louisiana divorce law on the Marriage Persons Committee of the Louisiana State Law Institute, which recommends revisions to the state legislature for approval. He has served as an expert witness in a number of multistate divorce matters.
The firm’s second founding partner, Mark Mansfield, is also a Board Certified Family Law Specialist, with 21 years of family law practice in handling complex divorce, property and custody matters, and also is a highly sought after mediator and litigator.

Mr. Tranchina has represented numerous celebrity clients, including artists, athletes, coaches, politicians, and other well-known figures statewide.
Additionally, Tracy Gold has 30 years of litigation experience and been with the firm since the beginning. Frequently involved in contentious custody cases, Mrs. Gold is a zealous advocate for her clients and their children, and counsels them throughout this difficult process.
Amy Cowley has nearly 20 years of legal experience, including 12 years litigating employment issues. A talented researcher and writer, she is the firm’s appellate specialist with multiple successful appeals under her belt.
Kevin Maney has 10 years of experience in a variety of legal fields and works closely with Mr. Tranchina, focusing on cases involving complex marital property divisions.
The firm has a highly experienced staff with Klea Sandifer, Meghan Bedair, Debbie Kloor and Tracy LeBlanc. The staff communicates all essential information and ensures that clients are professionally served.
