NEW ORLEANS — Tin Roof restaurant and music club is now open at 226 Bourbon Street. Originating in Nashville in 2002, the chain now has 21 locations nationwide.
The company led a redevelopment of a Greek Revival three-story brick townhouse with double covered galleries. Austin Lavin with Corporate Realty assisted Tin Roof in site selection and lease negotiations. Sydney Anderson of Sydney Anderson Realty assisted the landlord.
“We are excited to be a part of the vibrant culture and rich history of New Orleans,” said Bob Franklin, the company’s CEO. “We have created a new space for live music and celebrations on Bourbon Street that will add to the dynamic mix of venues on this world-famous street.”
