NEW ORLEANS (AP) — The board of directors of Tidewater Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share on common stock.
The New Orleans-based offshore energy services company says the dividend is payable Dec. 15 to shareholders of record on Dec. 5.
