Did you know? Since 2018, Richards has been at the helm of Richards Clearview, which owns, develops, manages and invests in commercial real estate. The company’s flagship (and oldest) asset is the Clearview Shopping Center. Richards is leading a $100 million conversion of the site into a “dynamic and adaptive” mixed-use development with residential, retail and commercial office space. He is also the owner of Covington-based Team Title LLC, a group of attorneys that offer residential and commercial closing services across South Louisiana and South Mississippi.
