NEW ORLEANS – ThinkIT Solutions, a premier provider of technology and management solutions to the business sector, announced the arrival of two new members to the team: Lisa Pushkar joins thinkIT as a support specialist and Gingar Currier joins thinkIT as a service coordinator.
Originally from Florida, Pushkar joins thinkIT as a Support Specialist. She has more than five years of IT experience including working for the Naval Air Warfare Center in Patuxent River, Maryland. She began her career working at the Navair National Help Desk supporting both military and contractors on various projects. While there, she learned troubleshooting techniques for DoD applications and systems, and eventually became specialized in project systems. She also specialized in financial/technical support for the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning tool. Pushkar was promoted to a System Administrator. In her new role, she gained extensive experience and expanded her IT expertise focusing on secured and patched Linux systems.
As the Service Coordinator for thinkIT Solutions, Currier brings over 20 years of experience to the thinkIT Remote Support Center. Currier received her ABS from Southeastern University and has performed many different roles over her career including: Parts Department Manager, Warranty Administrator, and Service Coordinator / Administrator. From her diverse background, Currier has already made a major impact at thinkIT. Her primary responsibility as the thinkIT Service Coordinator is to monitor inbound service requests, coordinate dispatches for our Support Center, perform follow ups, and organize schedules for our Support and Project teams.
