NEW ORLEANS – ThinkIT Solutions, a premier provider of technology and management solutions to the business sector, announced the arrival of two new members to the New Orleans office.
Mike Cusimano joins as a Technical Account Manager and Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO), and David E. McPherson joins as a Senior Solutions Engineer.
Cusimano joined the ThinkIT Solutions team in December 2015 as a Technical Account Manager and Virtual Chief Information Officer. He has over 22 years of experience in information technology, with roots in business application development. Throughout his career he focused on business and technical strategic planning, business process re-engineering, and enterprise-wide platform design. His experience expands many vertical markets including healthcare, business services, state government, oil and gas, and marketing industries.
McPherson will serve as a Senior Solutions Engineer in the New Orleans office, supporting existing and new clients with robust designs in accordance with industry-best practices. He has been in the technology sector for over 20 years, and has led, supported, and consulted with higher education, federal, state, and local governments and enterprise-level businesses. ThinkIT Solutions reps said McPherson is especially strong in telecommunications and Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR). He holds a Master's degree in Management from Webster University and a B.S. degree from LSU.

The firm began after owner Mouney, a former Marine who served as a Noncommissioned Officer that coordinated military technology and then later worked for an International IT consulting company that serviced Fortune 500 companies, recognized that he could apply the same level of expertise and better service to smaller companies, working with them to set up online security and enterprise networking.
