NEW ORLEANS – The Idea Village has released their 2015 Impact Report and announced several notable November events and opportunities:
• Idea Village’s 2015 Impact Report
This year, The Idea Village delivered their 2015 Impact Report in a new, shareable way. The new digital format is interactive, creative and easy to use. It creates an archived history of New Orleans’ entrepreneurial movement.
• Speakers Wanted for NOEW 2016
The Idea Village wants to make New Orleans Entrepreneur Week 2016 the most diverse, forward-thinking and relevant NOEW yet.
They are seeking innovative presenters with great ideas for locally significant, globally relevant content. Formats include, but aren't limited to, presentations, panels, workshops, product demos and meet-ups.

• Activate: A #NOEW365 Health & Wellness Event
On Tuesday, November 10, from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., The Idea Village will host a panel discussion featuring local entrepreneurs who successfully integrate health and wellness into their daily lives.
After, there will be a 30-minute fitness class lead by Rupa Mohan of The Sweat Social. Participants are being asked to bring their yoga mats.
• The Idea Village Receives Kauffman Foundation Grant
The Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation awarded The Idea Village a $500,000 grant as part of the Foundation’s initiative to fund exemplary organizations that help entrepreneurs.
This grant will help The Idea Village scale their impact by growing the NOEW platform to provide deeper resources to local entrepreneurs.
