NEW ORLEANS — The Idea Village Board of Directors welcomes Jon Atkinson as the new Chief Executive Officer of The Idea Village. Beginning Monday, July 9, Jon will take up leadership of the organization as the board continues to develop and execute programs to support entrepreneurs.
Jon joins The Idea Village with over 10 years of experience in entrepreneurship, finance, investment, and education. He serves as co-founder and administrator for Lagniappe Angels, a local angel investment fund, and also led the Center for Entrepreneurship and Community Development at Loyola University New Orleans, where he served as the first director.
