NEW ORLEANS – Reps with Thayer Coggin furniture say the brand is one of the most celebrated names in luxury home furnishings. Through founder Thayer Coggin's vision and the Distinguished Design Award creations by Milo Baughman, Thayer Coggin has amassed a collection of some of the most recognizable furniture designs in the world, they said.
Coggin has carved out a unique identity in the home furnishings market through a commitment to modern, classic design, since entering into business in 1953, reps said.
The furniture is handcrafted in High Point, North Carolina, but is available through Virginia Dunn located at 4018 Magazine St.
All the upholstered furniture is custom made to order and hundreds of fabric and leather choices are offered in a variety of colors, patterns and materials. Client supplied fabrics are also accepted. Many of the products are available in a variety of wood and metal finishes as well.
