BOSSIER CITY, La. (AP) — An Air Force band based in Texas will hold workshops for Louisiana students and perform in Louisiana schools.
The Bossier Parish school district says in a news release that the Air Force Band of the West will hold a workshop for high-school students on Thursday and one for middle-school students on Friday.

Each day also includes a performance for elementary school students.
All four events are in Bossier City. Both workshops are at the Bossier Instructional Center, with performances at R.V. Kerr and Waller elementary schools.
The Air Force Band of the West is based in San Antonio.
