Terracon Names Dial Manager For New Orleans Office

NEW ORLEANS — Terracon, a provider of environmental, facilities, geotechnical and materials consulting engineering services, announced Zack “Lem” Dial has been named manager for its New Orleans office.

         Dial began his Terracon career in the Baton Rouge office and then moved to North Louisiana where he opened a satellite office in Shreveport.

         Dial brings more than 12 years of multi-discipline engineering experience to the area. His projects represent many sectors including: commercial, LA DOTD, schools, industrial, municipal, utilities, and oil & gas.

         Dial earned a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental engineering from Louisiana State University. He is a licensed professional engineer in Louisiana and Mississippi, and is an asbestos inspector, management planner and project designer, water well contractor, and NORM surveyor.
