NEW ORLEANS – Now through Tuesday, Aug. 1, Manning Architects is working on behalf of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center to conduct a Mobility Survey for the Downtown NOLA area. This survey asks the questions: What are the biggest issues affecting transportation in the Downtown New Orleans area? How would you improve them? Now through 2020, what should be our top transportation goals?
