“What better way to mark this historic milestone than with delicious foods prepared by the talented chefs who have made New Orleans a culinary destination,” said Anthony ”Tony” Simmons, president & CEO of McIlhenny Company and fifth-generation McIlhenny family member.

“My great-great-grandfather, Edmund McIlhenny, started making Tabasco sauce 150 years ago on Avery Island. He’d be proud to know that same recipe continues to enliven the flavors of food and drinks today.”
