NEW ORLEANS – Interim Executive Director Corey Staehle has been named Executive Director of Ronald McDonald House Charities® of South Louisiana. Staehle has worked for the charity for more than 14 years in a variety of key positions, and was named Interim Executive Director in September 2016.
Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Louisiana is a leader in facilitating family-centered care for pediatric patients undergoing medical treatment at New Orleans-area health care providers. The Ronald McDonald House program keeps families close by providing housing, meals, transportation and a supportive environment for parents facing the most difficult times of their lives, reps said. Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Louisiana supports families in the New Orleans metropolitan area by awarding scholarships to qualifying high school seniors through the RMHC Scholarship program, and by providing free immunizations to un- and under-insured children through the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile program.
