St. Tammany Corporation Hires Keith Espadron

2021 0608 Keith Espadron Jr HeadshotMANDEVILLE (press release) – Chris Masingill, CEO of the St. Tammany Corporation, announced that Keith Espadron, Jr., joins the economic development organization as its new special associate for economic development.

In his new role, Espadron Jr. will assist with business development and technical services aspects of St. Tammany Corporation’s economic development initiatives, assist with management for economic development projects, and will also help support the business retention and expansion program. Additionally, Espadron, Jr., will assist with the facilitation of Advance St. Tammany – the organization’s multi-layered business assistance program intentionally designed to support the needs of St. Tammany businesses.

“I am excited to have Keith join our efforts as we continue to build capacity, enhance technical expertise, and recruit talent to make St. Tammany the destination of choice for highly skilled talent and business formation, attraction, retention, and expansion,” said Masingill. “He will add a great deal of capacity to our team and help us get one step closer to the level of operation we want in increasing our technical services capacity as an economic development organization.”

Prior to accepting this position at St. Tammany Corporation, Espadron, Jr., served as the Director of Economic Development and Tourism for Plaquemines Parish Government, where he facilitated all economic development activities for the parish, including the coordination of all business development, retention, and expansion programs. He also serves on the First Planning District Workforce Development Board and the Regional Planning Commission. Espadron, Jr., holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Louisiana State University.
