NEW ORLEANS – Spectrum Capital announced it is taking buyer reservations for a limited number of residences in Eleven Hundred Annunciation, a modern condominium tower to be constructed in New Orleans’ culturally rich Warehouse District.

Eighty-six residential units will sit atop four levels of enclosed parking with retail along the street level. Rooftop amenities will feature an outdoor swimming pool, community lounge and fitness center. Each condominium includes at least one dedicated parking space and storage unit. The building will have 24-hour security.
