NEW ORLEANS – Cleveland Spears, III, President and CEO of Spears Group, an award-winning marketing, public relations and engagement hub, will speak at the Multicultural Health National Conference to be held October 12-13, in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
The conference will bring together healthcare providers and professionals as well as marketing and creative experts. Spears has produced several successful campaigns that reach multicultural audiences across multiple platforms. Spears’ session, entitled "If You’re not Engaging, You’re not Marketing," will be presented to over 500 healthcare and marketing professionals and discuss the importance of tangible interaction between healthcare brands and their audiences.
"Audience needs are constantly evolving," said Spears. "It is critical that companies understand their audience's behaviors and how they communicate with brands, while simultaneously engaging with them."
