NEW ORLEANS – The Spears Group, an award-winning communications firm specializing in public relations, marketing and creative services, has hired 3 new team members:
• Kristian Buchanan – VP, Business Development
Buchanan, a New Orleans native, joins Spears Group as VP of Business Development after spending the last twelve years in New York. The top sales and marketing executive accounts included Fortune 100 companies Walmart, State Farm, and Verizon to name a few. Buchanan will work directly with the President and CEO to lead the company’s long-term growth strategy in an effort to expand and diversify the company’s portfolio.
• Sarah Tiambeng – Public Relations Manager
Tiambeng joins Spears Group as Public Relations Manager. She brings five years of experience serving clients in the banking, heath care and food and beverage industries. Tiambeng most recently served as senior account executive at Zehnder Communications. She is a member of the New Orleans chapter of Public Relations Society of America and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.
• Garrett Stapp – Account Executive
Stapp serves as an account executive at Spears Group and is responsible for providing stellar communications support for clients. His role includes project management and account services as well as supporting senior members of the team. Stapp holds a marketing degree from the University of New Orleans.
