NEW ORLEANS – On Saturday, April 1, the Southern Food & Beverage Museum (SoFAB) will present “Made in Louisiana: A Festival of Food Beverages & Culinary Products” showcasing all the food, beverages and culinary products made in the Pelican state, at 1504 Oretha Castle Haley Blvd., from 12:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Throughout the day, guests can enjoy samples from more than 40 purveyors.
Products will include craft beers, absinthe, sauces, snacks, Andouille, breads, salsa, oils, spice mixes, boudin, Cajun caviar, jams, Bloody Marys, coffees, cakes, gelato, vodkas, Mint Juleps, BBQ sauce, Mayhaw vinegar, ice cream, olive salad, pretzel crunch, jelly donuts, tasso, spicy agave nectar, fig preserves , wine, pecans, wild boar sausage and more.
Advance tickets are priced at $12 for SoFAB members and $15 for non-members. Tickets will be available at the door for $20.
