NEW ORLEANS – Jeff Wilke, SIOR, CCIM, LEED AP, managing director at SVN | Gulf Partners in New Orleans was recently elected to a two-year term as the South Regional Director for the Society Of Industrial And Office Realtors® (SIOR). He will assume his new position at SIOR’s Fall World Conference in Chicago, IL in October.
Wilke has 17 years of commercial real estate experience in sales, leasing and investments. He has completed over nine million square feet of real estate transactions in the southeast U.S. He has earned several professional designations to include Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) supported by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
Wilke is a licensed broker in Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi.
“I am excited to be elected by my peers in joining SIOR’s leadership as South Regional Director,” said Wilke. “I look forward to growing new and existing organizational initiatives for SIOR.”
SIOR is a global professional organization that certifies commercial real estate service providers with the exclusive SIOR designation, based on achievement, knowledge, accountability and ethical standards. Only the industry’s top professionals qualify for SIOR, reps said. Today, there are more than 3,100 members in 630 cities in 35 countries.
