NEW ORLEANS – Joieful LLC, a New Orleans-based online booking software and hospitality management provider, announced it has reached an agreement with Sheraton New Orleans Hotel. Joieful will operate the hotel’s concierge services, coordinate group and individual experiences for meetings and conventions, and organize all transient and group transportation needs; guaranteeing a new level of service to rise to the standards of Sheraton New Orleans Hotel. Joieful will also link its sales and operational teams with those of the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel to fully integrate with the hotel and all of its services and facilities.

The partnership adds 1,100 guest rooms to Joieful’s growing portfolio, along with five ballrooms included in its 54 meeting rooms. This new service includes a virtual transportation desk for the hotel’s guests as well as transportation and experience support for the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel’s in-house groups – including integrating its groundbreaking Virtual Reality tools. Joieful will also provide the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel with site support for prospective groups.
