Q: How were you inspired to start your business?
I am inspired by my passion for women’s health and beauty. Every unique life experience prepared me for a time such as this. As a healthcare leader and family nurse practitioner who holds a MBA, I am always seeking the next challenging and leadership role where I can utilize my clinical experience and business knowledge to advance both the mission and fiscal strength of any healthcare organization – Why not my own organization? My ultimate passion around client experience and outcomes is my primary motivator. My amazing husband (who is also an entrepreneur) and 11-year-old twins are my biggest cheerleaders for “Team Randolph”.
Q: What were the biggest obstacles and how were they overcome?
Rebranding the business and increasing overall capital to position my business for success and sustainability. We are continuing to meet the daily challenge.
