NEW ORLEANS – Sac-a-Lait is teaming up with Sazerac Company and the United States Bartending Guild (USBG) to host a five-course Bourbon Dinner to raise funds for those affected by hurricanes Harvey and Irma.
Priced at $150 per person (all-inclusive), the spirited pairing dinner will take place on Thursday, Oct. 12, at Sac-a-Lait, 1051 Annunciation St., in the Warehouse District. The entrance is on John Churchill Chase Street.
“It’s been tragic to see so many of our friends and colleagues displaced and suffering,” said Samantha Carroll, Sac-a-Lait chef and co-owner. “It hits home for us in New Orleans and we want to do whatever we can to help them repair and rebuild.”
The five-course dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. and will feature culinary delights from Samantha and husband/chef Cody Carroll, paired with innovative Sazerac cocktails from beverage director Norton Christopher, restaurant reps said.
