Ryan Gootee General Contractors Announces 7 Hires, 1 Promotion

NEW ORLEANS — Ryan Gootee General Contractors has hired seven people and promoted one. 

“This year introduced new challenges as we turned the corner on the pandemic to face a tightening economy but we continue to adapt working alongside our clients, design teams and trade partners,” said Kristian Sonnier, the company’s vice president of communications and business development. “We are currently working on several projects in retail, hospitality, healthcare and education ranging from ground-up construction to renovation work in historic and contemporary buildings.” 

Ryan Gootee veteran Rock Sumrall was promoted to senior superintendent and Roy Vortisch has returned to the organization in the same role. The other new hires are:

  • Jack Altman – Assistant Estimator
  • Nicholas Dale – Project Manager
  • Jeremy Ghoram – Health & Safety Manager
  • Brandon Hebert – Project Engineer
  • Samuel Miester – Project Engineer
  • Craig Turner – Project Superintendent
