COVINGTON – Pat Brister, St. Tammany Parish President, announced today that Rick Moore, Solid Waste, Litter Enforcement Office and Executive Director of Keep St. Tammany Beautiful, was recognized on the national level with the 2017 Environmental Officer Award at Keep America Beautiful’ s (KAB) national award ceremony in early January.
This award recognizes law enforcement professionals who have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to community service in their approaches to enforcement of environmental laws and regulations.
