According to New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors, average prices, the number of homes sold, as well as total dollar volume have all grown year-over-year in Metro New Orleans. The properties featured in the report range in price from $3,975,000 to $9,250,000, running the gamut from delightfully beautiful historic mansions, jaw-dropping waterfront villas, and large equestrian estates with endless panoramic views.

This dreamy 12,000-sq.-ft.estate offers no shortage of high-end entertainment possibilities and luxurious comfort, and it features one of the largest courtyards in the neighborhood.
- A stunning Zachary estate ranked #2 in our top, with an asking price of $7.5 million, followed by a 9,200-square-foot lavish mansion in New Orleans, listed at $5.7 million.
