BATON ROUGE – Kean Miller LLP announced Robert C. “Bob” Schmidt has joined the firm of counsel in Baton Rouge, LA.
Schmidt is Board Certified as a Tax Law Specialist by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. He concentrates his practice in assisting employees of all sizes in developing an implementing pension and other employee benefits plans, and in regulatory and compliance issues involving those plans. Bob advises employees with respect to plan maintenance, investment regulations, plan administration and plan termination matters.
