HARVEY, La. — Punctual Abstract has announced the promotion of Rachel Fish to chief operations officer. The company is a provider of real estate abstracts, title evidence and national title production services.
“Rachel brings a deep understanding of Punctual Abstract’s workflow, technology and client needs to this role. As a former title examiner, she understands the title industry. Our customers will benefit from her focus on customer service,” said Steve P. Daigle Sr., the company’s founder.
Fish joined Punctual Abstract in 2002 as a title examiner. Over the past 22 years, her role expanded into customer service.
Punctual Abstract provides local searches nationwide for the residential, commercial and energy sectors. Its PunctualEnergy division specializes in solar, wind, oil, gas and cell tower land patent searches. It is a SOC 2 Type 1 and SOC 2 Type 2 Certified abstracting firm with millions of abstracts performed since 1993.
