METAIRIE, La. — Esplanade 2018 Partners LLC, a partnership of Metairie based Property One, Inc. and Dallas based Provident Realty Advisors, Inc., will celebrate their newly remodeled office building, Executive Tower, with a ribbon cutting ceremony and reception on Tuesday, October 2, 2018, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 3500 N. Causeway.
The ribbon cutting will begin at 4:00 p.m., with a few words by Property One CEO Quentin Dastugue, Jefferson Parish District 5 Councilmember Jennifer VanVrancken and Jefferson Parish President Mike Yenni.
“We are excited to welcome tenants and guests to our newly renovated office building and company headquarters,” said Property One CEO Quentin Dastugue. “New amenities include renovations to both the inside and outside of the building. We have resurfaced the parking lot, renovated the elevators, lobby and suites and landscaped the property and are in the process of replacing the HVAC system. We are excited to be in our new headquarters at 3500 N. Causeway.”
Following the ribbon cutting, tenants and guests will be allowed to tour the office building, and selected suites, and enjoy a reception in the lobby.
Esplanade 2018 Partners LLC, a partnership of Property One, Inc. and Provident Realty Advisors, Inc., purchased the Executive Office Tower in April. Property One, Inc. relocated their corporate headquarters to the building in June.
