NEW ORLEANS – Postmates, the on-demand delivery service that brings you anything from anywhere, will go live in New Orleans today, Thursday, Oct. 27.
To celebrate this soft launch, Postmates is waiving delivery fees through Oct. 31. Plus, the first 500 customers to sign up can snag $50 in delivery credit from popular merchants including Apple, Blue Oak BBQ, Breads On Oak, Brigtsen’s Restaurant, Café du Monde, Camellia Grill, Compere Lapin, Deanie’s Seafood, District Donuts, Galley Seafood, Port of Call, The Ruby Slipper, Shaya, Starbucks, Sucre and Walgreen’s.
Postmates reps say the company is transforming the way goods move around cities by enabling anyone to have anything delivered on-demand with its revolutionary Urban Logistics platform connecting customers with local couriers who can deliver anything from any store or restaurant in minutes.
