NEW ORLEANS – Pigéon Catering & Events, a New Orleans catering and event company, has announced the singing of a long-term lease at The Gallery Venue at 755 Tchoupitoulas Street in the New Orleans Warehouse District.
The venue, owned by Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts, features a blend of exposed brick walls, original wooden beams, and high ceilings making it an attractive space for weddings, corporate gatherings, and special celebrations. In the Gallery Venue, Pigéon Catering & Events can accommodate parties ranging from 60 to 300 guests, making it an excellent location for special events.
“This acquisition allows us to offer clients a seamless, full-service event experience by combining our catering expertise with one of New Orleans’ most stunning venues,” said JP Pigéon, managing partner of Pigéon Catering & Events.

Established in 1997 and locally owned by brothers JP Pigéon and Dean Pigéon, Pigéon Catering & Events has not only offered a wide range of culinary services in New Orleans, but it has also extended its services to disaster catering, recognizing the significance of providing comforting sustenance during challenging times.
“We never say no to all the local schools their galas,” said Dean Pigéon. “And in the last two years we’ve become very involved in The Sideline Pass at the Saints facility hosted by Mrs. Benson & Jenn Hales.”
In addition to its expertise in organizing weddings, social gatherings, and corporate functions, Pigéon has been a reliable provider of meals for private, parochial, and charter schools across the metropolitan area since 2006. The company serves nourishing meals. Pigéon says that even during the Covid pandemic,when schools faced closures, Pigéon Catering ensured the continuity of meal services for students through coordinated efforts.
In addition, the company operates Carnival Culinary Solutions, a USDA facility that produces fresh salads, sandwiches, and fruit cups available at vending machines, gas stations, and convenience stores across Louisiana. Simultaneously, Carnival manufactures boil-in-bag products catering to school child nutrition programs and fine dining establishments across the country.
