NEW ORLEANS – Kim Boyle, a partner in Phelps Dunbar’s New Orleans office, is one of five women in Louisiana named among the Top 250 Women in Litigation, according to Benchmark Litigation.
“At Phelps Dunbar, Kim Boyle is celebrated for her strong and diverse body of work that, over the years, has covered general commercial, employment and labor, civil rights, constitutional law, and toxic tort disputes,” Benchmark noted in its announcement.
Her employment practice includes representing employers in employment related claims, such as retaliation and discrimination claims as well as workplace harassment. She also handles EEOC charges and other administrative complaints through the administrative and judicial process.
