NEW ORLEANS — Parker Amar recently joined Gulf States Construction Services as a project manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from Louisiana State University and he has multifamily construction experience acquired over several years in Florida and Alabama, where he contributed to projects totaling over $120 million in costs. He has experience developing and implementing the full project schedule, from pre-construction and permitting to final turnover to the owner.
Amar grew up in Hammond, La., where he still resides. He will be supporting other divisions of the Gulf States Companies, including commercial brokerage, development and property management.
