Parish President And Council Chairman To Address Jefferson Chamber

METAIRIE, LA – The Jefferson Chamber of Commerce will host the State of the Parish Address, presented by Peoples Health, in conjunction with Jefferson Parish Government at a luncheon on Nov. 12, at 12:00 p.m., at the Crowne Plaza New Orleans Airport Hotel, located at 2829 Williams Blvd., in Kenner.

         Special guests include Jefferson Parish President John F. Young, Jr., and Jefferson Parish Council Chairman Elton M. Lagasse.

         Each year, the Chamber invites the Jefferson Parish President and Council Chairman to discuss and evaluate progress, performance and future planning in Jefferson Parish. Also at the event, the Joseph S. Yenni Award, sponsored by West Jefferson Medical Center, will be presented to the most outstanding Jefferson Parish Employee of the year.
