NEW ORLEANS – Joey Cardwell, vice president of operations at Palmisano, has been named to ENR Texas & Louisiana's Top Young Professional's List for 2017.
The list, formerly Top 20 Under 40, honors 20 rising young professionals based on industry experience and education, career and industry leadership and community service and involvement. Cardwell was one of only two people selected from Louisiana.
Cardwell has been with Palmisano since the company's inception in 2013, and has been an integral part of Palmisano's rapid growth and development. In just three short years, Cardwell has helped the company grow from four employees to more than 70, and he has played a pivotal role in increasing Palmisano’s annual revenue from 30 million to 100 million, company reps said.
He has more than 16 years of experience in the construction industry, having managed projects totaling in value over $250 million. His resume includes the oversight and management of a wide variety of projects including historic renovations, senior living, educational facilities, medical facilities, hotels and multi-family developments.
Cardwell excels at mentoring other team members, establishing operational procedures, quality control programs, and safety protocols.
He will be featured in the Feb. 13 issue of ENR Texas & Louisiana.
